Get Out of the Truck ("we," "us") is operated by Jason Cummins in Reno, Nevada. This page explains what information we collect on getoutofthetruck.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us, we use it to send you what you asked for and to follow up, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- Scorecard submissions. When you complete the scorecard you give us your first name, email address, and optionally your phone number, along with your answers and resulting score.
- Call bookings. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) that collect information about your device, browser, pages visited, and how you got here, using cookies or similar technology.
How we use it
- To show you your scorecard results and send you the follow-up material you requested.
- To contact you by email or phone about your results, our community, and our coaching programs.
- To understand how people use the site and to show relevant ads to people who have visited it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this site: Formspree (form handling), Netlify (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Meta and Google (analytics and advertising). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
- Reply to any email we send with "unsubscribe," or email us directly, and we'll stop contacting you.
- You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jasonxcummins@gmail.com.
- You can block cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Meta ads personalization in your Facebook settings.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
